Kristin Smart vanished from the Cal Poly Campus on May 25, 1996. The last person seen with her plead the 5th Amendment 27 times. And, that’s about where we are on the Kristin Smart Case.
Dr. Vass and Detective Paul Dostie tend to believe there is evidence of her body in the back yard of 529 E. Branch Street which is the residence of Susan Flores who is the mother of Paul Fores, the last person to see Kristin alive.
The Kristin Smart case is labeled as an OPEN case, barring the family or news organizations from obtaining documents pertaining to the case.
